East Africa boasts the world's greatest concentration of wildlife. All bookings are subject to availability of rooms/Camps/train/Flight reservations, we do our best to get reservations on the cost posted, however due to lack of time for reservation or any other reason sometimes-alternate arrangements need to be made. Any extra cost or a refund incurred will be intimated to you immediately. There can also be a possibility of you making changes to the itinerary; in this case also extra cost/refund incurred will be intimated to you immediately.

It is in the nature of a holiday of this kind to be flexible. The day to day agenda and ultimate goal of the tour is taken as an aim and not as a contractual obligation. We shall not be responsible for the delays or alterations in the program or expenses incurred due to conflict, international or internal flight delay or cancellations, strikes, sickness, weather, landslides, war, vehicle problems, political closures and disputes.

The booking is accepted on the understanding that you realize the potential risks and hazards that can be involved in holidays of this kind. Geographical Tours Pvt. Ltd. , along with our associates/leaders/guides and any one else working in association with us can not be held responsible for any death, accident or mishap that may occur in connection with any part of, or services connected with the holiday.

The cost is for the entire package and there would be no refunds in case any part of the package is not availed.

The Company would not be liable to pay any kind of compensation arising because of any mishap, sickness, accident etc

No International Air Fares have been included.

Deposits: At the time of enquiry we do not request a deposit. However once the itinerary is finalized along with the costs we have sent and these have been accepted at this point we request a 25% deposit of the Total billing. After this do we start making reservations.

The full and final payment is required to reach us 10 days prior to date of arrival into Kenya .

Cancellation Policy:

No Show 100 % charge
7-1 days 50 % of the tour price
14-8 days 30 % of the tour price
21-15 days up 10 % of the tour price
22 days up no charge
